Brewed with a combination of pilsner, two row, flaked barley, and malted oats. Hopped in the kettle with Citiva, Idaho 7, Simcoe and Sabro, and dry hopped heavily with the same. After fermentation, the results are a dangerously drinkable Double IPA with  notes of juicy tropical fruit and Pina Colada in the aroma and flavor.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at E Nine Brewery in Tacoma, Five of Swords is an IPA brewed with a malt bill of Two Row, Pilsner malt, chit malt and malted spelt. it was hopped aggressively with idaho 7, mosaic, simcoe and satus.

Forbidden Fruit was brewed with Pilsner, Malted Wheat and oats, with additions of sugar in the kettle, and hopped with Citra. Grapefruit juice was added during the whirlpool, and additions of more juice and zest were added to the tank as it conditioned. Refreshing and citrusy and perfect for the (hopefully) warm weather coming up.

Formless Dread is a Heller Bock brewed with a simple grain bill of Genie Pilsner Malt, and a small percentage of Chit malt. Hopped with Sterling and Strisselspelt, it was fermented and conditioned in former Hand of Glory barrels.

Brewed with almost 60% malted and flaked wheat, with Two-Row making up the rest of the grain bill. Mash hopped with whole-leaf Loral, and hopped in the kettle and tank with a heavy hand of Motueka and Citra. We're still waiting to come out of the Endless Winter, but it's good to know this will be around for those sunny breaks we all cherish.

Into the Waves is a blend of Saisons fermented in oak barrels and puncheons using a variety of our house mixed cultures. The majority of the blend consists of two puncheons that were aged on heavy amounts of lemon zest for over a year. The remainder of the blend consists of a wheat based Saison fermented in a peach brandy barrel, and a spelt based Saison fermented in a Washington Red wine barrel. LIght, citrusy and perfect for the upcoming change of seasons.

Oldborn is an English-Style Porter brewed with a blend of 2 Row and specialty dark malts, including flaked and roasted barley. It was lightly hopped in the kettle with EKG, and fermented with a timeless British yeast strain. Summer may be around the corner, but this one will quench the thirst during the classic Seattle June-uary between now and then.

Brewed with a simple malt bill of Pilsner malt and Two Row, with just a touch of flaked oats thrown in for body. The shining stars of the show are Triumph and Galaxy hops added late in the kettle and also for the dry hop.

Belgian Style White Ale

A classic rendition of a Belgian Wit, the White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use orange peel, tangerine peel and coriander in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.
