Providence of Sorrow

Providence of Sorrow was brewed with pilsner, malted and flaked wheat, golden oats, and malted spelt. A small portion of orange peel was added at the end of the boil, and then hopped with Mandarina and Saaz. It was fermented with a house mixed culture in one of our first foudres, where it continued to age for a number of months.
