Coastal Cutthroat Mosaic Pilsner was brewed with a light base of Pale Pilsner Malt and Flaked Oats. Mosaic pellets and Mosaic Cryo were used late in the kettle as well as the dry-hop. Crisp, refreshing, aromatic, and perfect during or after a day on our Puget Sound or Olympic Peninsula. Proceeds of this beer go to the Coastal Cutthroat Colation to help them further their research of these incredible fish.
