Fedallah’s Hearse was brewed using a blend of Pilsner and 2-Row barleys, along with copious amounts of flaked rice. It was hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Galaxy, then fermented cold with one of our favorite yeast strains, before being dry-hopped with more Galaxy and Mosaic Cryo.
