Primordial Sky was brewed with Two Row, Pilsner Malt, Malted Spelt, Flakes Barley and Malted Oats. Insane hop additions of Simcoe, Mosaic, Galaxy and Idaho 7 were used in the kettle, and then ran through our hop back through some incredible Citra whole leaf hops. Fermented with a blend of English ale strains, it was then dry-hopped heavily with Mosaic Cryo, Galaxy, Idaho 7, and Simcoe.
